Our focus on sub-mentoring derives from our accordance to “Learning Through Teaching”, an innovative teaching method which emphasizes that the best way to test one’s understanding of a subject is to have them teach it to someone else.
There are 3 levels of sub-mentoring in the OrangeRoshan community.

The Rewards of Sub-Mentoring
Our emphasis on sub-mentoring is based on our program of “Learning by Teaching”, a system which allows the student to become a teacher in order to sharpen their knowledge and understanding better.

Sub-Mentor Evaluation
Sub-Mentors will be subject to periodical evaluations by:
-Their sub-mentor
The sub-mentor will evaluate their understanding of the syllabus, how teachable they are and how dedicated they are to learning.
-Their students
Their students will evaluate their commitment to teaching, how they perform as a sub-mentor and how they effective they are in transferring their knowledge
