When you have submentored others USUs and have not claimed those live accounts, all u need to do is apply the newly revised qualification to claim your free upgrade.

With those that have free live accounts ready to be claimed they are still able to choose to use it as a qualified mentees (ie 3 live accounts to be claimed, can choose to convert these 3 to q.mentees and only need to mentor 3 more mentees to 20-0 wins.
